* perf(plugins): reuse bundled catalog identities in inventory reads

Prepare shipped catalog identities once while retaining live install provenance and independent list arrays. Synthetic Gateway inventory proof measured 58% less allocation and 14% less main-thread CPU per RPC; latency remains inconclusive under shared-host A/A controls.

* test(plugins): type inventory benchmark fixture before publication
