Peter Steinberger 4200fbd032 docs: explain macOS first-run permission prompts (#183245 )

Explain that the bundled Bun runtime may request macOS local-network or incoming firewall access, and describe what allowing or denying those permissions means for LAN use.

Document the optional new-workspace Git probe and initialization path, including the possible Command Line Tools prompt. Keep prompt names and timing conditional. Docs checks and independent review pass.
