ArrayList:
- `getLastOrNull` has been deprecated and renamed to `last`
- `getLast` has been removed in favor of `last` combined with `.?`
- `lastPtr` has been added which returns `?*T`
Upgrade guide:
```zig
if (list.getLastOrNull()) |foo| {
// ...
}
const foo = list.getLast();
```
⬇️
```zig
if (list.last()) |foo| {
// ...
}
const foo = list.last().?;
```

and remove "release" from the enum tag names.
no functional change, however, despite the addition of
backwards-compatibile declarations in this patch, it is breaking because
expressions that use `==` or `!=` operators will not able to use the
deprecated names.
I predict these names to survive until the 1.0 tag without any more
breakage.
This is a much cleaner way to expose the new option to disable recovery
added in 62720ad9f9. It also makes it possible to add further
options in the future without further breaking changes.
By adding the <link rel="preload"> tag, the browser can

parsed rather than after JavaScript evaluation.
This should have improvements for users on low-end
devices and slow networks.
This PR merges the functionality of the `getLastOrNull` method into `getLast`, which improves consistency as its
based on methods like `front`, `back`, and `peek` in the `Deque` and `PriorityQueue` containers.

Followup to #30769
I grepped for `try .*toOwnedSlice` and checked all of them by hand.
Fixes a bunch of memory leaks removes usages or `errdefer` and `vars` in some places. I also switched array_list.Managed to ArrayList where it was convenient.

This "get" is useless noise and was copied from FixedBufferWriter.
Since this API has not yet landed in a release, now is a good time
to make the breaking change to fix this.
This use case is handled by ArrayListUnmanaged via the "...Bounded"
method variants, and it's more optimal to share machine code, versus
generating multiple versions of each function for differing array
lengths.

make std.testing.expectFmt work at compile-time
std.fmt no longer has a dependency on std.unicode. Formatted printing

This commits adds the following distinct integer types to std.zig.Ast:
- OptionalTokenIndex
- TokenOffset
- OptionalTokenOffset
- Node.OptionalIndex
- Node.Offset
- Node.OptionalOffset
The `Node.Index` type has also been converted to a distinct type while
`TokenIndex` remains unchanged.
`Ast.Node.Data` has also been changed to a (untagged) union to provide
safety checks.
