runtime(doc): some Blob functions are missing from blob-functions

Browse Source 
blob2str(), str2blob(), base64_encode() and base64_decode() are only
listed under string-functions and channel-functions.  Also use "Blob"
consistently and say "bytes" instead of "numbers" for reverse().
