CI: avoid installing LTTng kernel modules in UST job (#4967)

The `test-ubuntu-lttng` job fails while installing `lttng-modules-dkms`.
Ubuntu Noble's LTTng 2.14.0 kernel modules cannot
compile against the GitHub runner's new 7.0 kernel, causing `apt` to
fail before Valkey is built or tested.

This PR removes `lttng-modules-dkms` from the job's dependencies.

Valkey uses LTTng-UST userspace tracepoints, so the kernel tracing
modules are not required. The job continues to install `lttng-tools` and
`liblttng-ust-dev`.
