CI: update FreeBSD daily test image (#4922)

The FreeBSD daily job currently uses FreeBSD 13.2, whose package
repository is no longer available. This causes the job to fail during
package installation, before Valkey is built or tested.

This updates `cross-platform-actions/action` to v1.6.0 and uses FreeBSD
14.5.
