Jens GeyerandClaude Opus 4.8 e0fa520ad0 Apply the string length limit when the accelerated decoder skips a string

Client: py

The accelerated binary and compact skip paths read a field's declared length and
pulled that many bytes through the transport without the length check the matching
read path performs; apply the same check so a skipped string field is bounded like
a read one.
