Client: delphi

TBufferedTransportImpl and TFramedTransportImpl forward CheckReadBytesAvailable()
to the inner transport only when they hold fewer bytes than requested. A negative
size never qualified, so it never reached the endpoint transport, which rejects
negative sizes. Pass it on unchanged, and add tests for negative string and
container sizes on the buffered and framed compositions.
