Client: php The struct readers of code generated with "--gen php:inlined" and TProtocol::skipBinary() now count the nesting depth on the transport they read from, with the same limit, DEFAULT_RECURSION_DEPTH, and the same TProtocolException (DEPTH_LIMIT) as the other generated modes and skip().
