drh 42c9401de2 Use a new typedef "tSerial" to determine the datatype for serial-type 
value.  It is 32 bits for reasonable SQLITE_MAX_LENGTH but can be
64 bits if necessary.

drh fb58600a8f The test case for this bug exercises code paths through the query planner 
and bytecode engine that are not otherwise followed in performance testing,
