Tosone d43dee3ad8 chore(demo-server): add full demo server setup files 
Add the complete tools/demo-server directory with docker compose configs,
sample scripts, grafana dashboards, prometheus configs, and documentation.
Also update README links to point to the local demo server directory.

Tosone dd5d262c9f build: add swagger doc generation for sigma-api-operator skill 
Update the swagen Makefile target to generate swagger docs directly into the tools/skill/sigma-api-operator directory.
Add tools/skill/ to .dockerignore and clean up unnecessary .yarn entries from .gitignore.
Add AI client automation docs to README and create the sigma-api-operator skill documentation.

Verification:
run make swagen to confirm swagger.yaml is generated correctly
