This fixes `run-single` which would in fact always run the 0-th benchmark,
which was always `handshake_no_resume_ring_1.2_rsa_aes`.

Add command for running single benchmark
...
This is useful with `git rebase` to monitor incremental performance over a patch set, eg:
$ git rebase -i --exec 'cd ci-bench && cargo run --profile=bench -- run-single handshake_no_resume_1.3_no_crypto -o out/$(git log -1 --format=%h HEAD)'
and then, eg:
$ cargo run --profile=bench -- compare out/7f90c55a9 out/63eb538a1
(or the same, for `compare-memory total-bytes` rather than just `compare`.)

...
TCP is stream-oriented, so the actual buffer lengths passed to
`writev(2)` are secondary to what this test actually wants to observe,
which is TLS message lengths. So measure that instead.

Attach send-side key lifecycle to SendPath
...
In a previous commit, the TLS1.3 traffic-time key schedule was split
into send- and receive-side objects in order to allow this change.
This new object is now extracted from the Traffic states, and the
object is installed into `SendPath`.
This means no traffic-time send-specific operations now
touch any state machine.
