Hiroshi SHIBATAandClaude Opus 5.5 a4af4a22b5 [ruby/rubygems] Reduce allocations while parsing YAML in Gem::YAMLSerializer 
Gem metadata is loaded with this parser instead of Psych since it became the default, and it allocated about three times as many objects per gemspec. Most came from stripping lines to measure their indentation, keyword arguments to the node structs and an Array per mapping pair. `bundle install` with a warm cache in the large scenario of tool/bench now allocates about as many objects as RubyGems 4.0.23 did.
