deps: patch npm engines to accept alpha versions

npm 12.1.0 declares `engines.node` as
`^22.22.2 || ^24.15.0 || >=26.0.0`, which does not match the Alpha
versions of the 27 release line (`27.0.0-alpha.x.y.z`). npm prints an
unsupported version warning on every invocation, and `test-release-npm`
fails on release builds.

Adds `>=27.0.0-alpha` to the range until a new npm release includes it.
