Fix inconsistent code fence language in README.md

The checksum example under 'Command execution' was missing the
'bash' language tag on its opening fence, unlike every other shell
example in the file, so it didn't get syntax highlighting.

Change --exclude value name from "pattern" to "glob"
...
The summary line `-E, --exclude <pattern>` is misleading because fd
defaults to regex for its main search pattern, but --exclude takes a
glob. Rename the value placeholder to "glob" in the CLI help, man page,
and README to match the actual behavior.

Add documentation for generating completions using fd --gen-completions,
while keeping and clarifying the existing instructions for pre-built
completions from release archives.
- Clarify that pre-built completions are in release archives (autocomplete dir)
- Add new section for generating completions with fd --gen-completions
- Include examples for bash, zsh, fish, and powershell

Update MSRV to 1.77.2
...
Prior to this version, `Command` didn't properly escape command line
arguments on windows.
Although, the risk of attacker controlled arguments passed through fd is
relatively small, I think it is best to upgrade to a version that fixes
this.
The biggest risk for users is probably running fd with `--exec` or
`--exec-batch` on directories that contain files with names controlled
by another party (for example a git repo that you cloned).
