build: remove dangling egl_syms/gles_syms deps from electron_symbols (#52328)

ANGLE no longer produces libEGL.dylib/libGLESv2.dylib as of the Chromium 152 roll (#52288), which removed the extract_symbols targets but left them in the mac electron_symbols group deps, breaking gn gen in official builds.
