tests: printf: add tests for the %b specifier

* tests/printf/printf-cov.pl ($ESCAPE_CHARS, $ESCAPE_OUTPUT): New
variables derived from the existing 'escape-1' test.
(@Tests): Add some additional escaping tests and test %b.
