Agus Zubiaga 182d15a629 icons: Add SquareR icon (#66168) ...

## Summary

Adds a `SquareR` icon to `IconName`, matching the existing `SquarePlus`,
`SquareDot`, and `SquareMinus` status badges. It's meant for marking
renamed files in diff and changes lists. The artwork is by Danilo.

No Zed code uses it yet; this only adds the icon.

## Testing

- `cargo check -p icons`
- Rendered the SVG to confirm the artwork.
