* agentHost: track Codex edits from cumulative turn diffs

* Handle Codex checkpoint lifecycles and shared native edits

* Preserve Codex checkpoint boundaries and local history on truncation

* Fix Codex changeset scheduling and Windows test fixtures

Only wait for providers that expose native snapshot persistence. Seed the virtual Windows drive and use a host-local rename command for history regressions without PTY completion dependencies.
