- Do not show transient refresh (stale) status in the artifact details view, which flickered after actions and Autopilot changes.
- Make the whole Autopilot and Activities heading toggle expansion and show hover feedback, except over the Autopilot switch.
- Hide skipped activities and use action-type icons instead of state icons that resembled check results; Fix Checks uses the CI icon.
- Ignore the 'VS Code PR Check' check before automatically marking PRs ready in this workspace.
