Problem: As stated in :help i_CTRL-X_CTRL-F, 'path' is not yet used for
filename completion.
Solution: Add EW_PATH flag in expand_wildcards of
get_next_filename_completion() (Fabian Wermelinger).
* Add new "pathopt" in 'completeopt' to enable 'path' consultation during
filename completion (not enabled by default).
* Add a new Test_ins_complete_files_in_path case for test_ins_complete.
* Update corresponding runtime/doc files.
