* archive/tar: verify header checksum for link and device types The hard_link, sym_link, char_dev, block_dev and fifo arms of read_header() accepted headers without checking checksum_ok(), while dir and file arms rejected corrupt headers. Add the missing checksum check so a corrupt link/device header returns a Checksum error like other types.
