* wasm: restore WebAssembly backend through shared SSA
* wasm: fix SSA lowering and optimization review regressions
* wasm: preserve comparison literals with narrow integer operands
* ssa: fix numeric stores, full-width folding, and runtime symbol ownership
* ssa: keep backend-specific runtime and regression targets
Restore the native benchmark declaration and select the qualified WASM helper names for 32-bit targets. Point the WASM rune and runtime name controls at their intended target without changing their assertions or the public native runtime policy.
* ssa: preserve Darwin uname inline array ABI in native output
