Tosone 747da40b7d test(utils): generate hash and compress fixtures at runtime ...

Delete the checked-in ci.txt and test.txt fixtures and write them into
t.TempDir() inside the hash and compress tests, keeping the fixture content
in package constants so the expected digests stay unchanged.

Verification:
- go test -tags "netgo,timetzdata,exclude_graphdriver_btrfs,containers_image_openpgp" ./pkg/utils/hash/ ./pkg/utils/compress/
