Tosone 1fefe15ea5 refactor(test): use t.Context in unit tests ...

Replace context.Background() with t.Context() so test contexts are
canceled when the test ends, which surfaces leaked background work. The
pkg/storage suites are intentionally left unchanged because they run
manually against cloud resources.

Verification:
- go vet ./...
