The cached repository decorator seeded every row returned by the list queries and by GetByName, but only Get preloads the builder relations. Any list or distribution request therefore cached a repository without its builder, and a later Get by id returned builder=null, so the builder page believed the repository had no builder. Preload the same relations in GetByName, keep seeding only for Get, GetByName and FindRecentlyUpdated (which now preloads as well, since it feeds the cache prewarm), and stop seeding from the other list queries.
