deadcafe 84bf9eaa98 Use absolute link to PROVIDERS.md 
The relative ./PROVIDERS.md link resolves on GitHub but not in the
built docs, where it points at target/doc/rustls/PROVIDERS.md. The
docs workflow's lychee step fails on it, and docs.rs serves a 404.

Link to the file on GitHub instead, and regenerate README.md with
admin/pull-readme. Also fix a "worthyness" typo in PROVIDERS.md.

Daniel McCarney 56a02126e7 docs: simplify README.md providers list 
README/lib.rs real estate is limited. List only the 1st party providers,
and a couple third-party providers of particular note. Move the other
3rd party providers to a separate PROVIDERS.md doc that also makes it
clear we are not vouching for the quality.
