Abishekcs 25f659ba9f ZJIT: Don't CheckInterrupts on inlined method return (#19065) ...

An inlined `leave` is just a `Jump` to the caller's continuation block, not a real return no frame pops there, so checking interrupts is pointless. Moved `CheckInterrupts` so it only runs on real (Standalone) returns and real returns are unaffected.
