Max Bernstein 7eab8b5d48 ZJIT: Add null support for opt_case_dispatch (#19040) 
We are not going to optimized switch-based dispatch with the hash table, at
least not yet, but we should let the interpreter profile the execution paths
before ZJIT runs them.

This should inject a lot more type information for the compiler. For example,
on rubyboy, we go from ~1080ms/iter to ~820ms/iter.

Later, we can make the dispatch faster too.
