ZJIT: Port tests to the rust harness and rename to test_zjit_cli.rb
...
New and returning contributors have been tripped up by adding tests to
test_zjit.rb instead of to zjit/src/codegen_tests.rs, where new tests
of the sort should go 99.9% of the time. Let's port and rename to make
this clear.
There are still some non command line interface stuff in test_zjit_cli.rb
that are just hard to port, but that's okay. It's clearer.

The Stackprof-based documentation was outdated after the switch to
Fuchsia Trace Format (.fxt) output. Update with Perfetto UI and
trace_processor_shell workflow, including a working example and
SQL query for finding hottest exit locations.

I found learning about the HIR format difficult because I couldn't get ruby/miniruby to output it using the --zjit-dump-hir option. I eventually realised it won't be generated unless the zjit-call-threshold is reached (default 30).
