This commit adds the full initial implementation of the rs3 project: - Core Rust library with auth, client, config, server, and storage modules - Axum/Tokio-based HTTP server with SigV4 authentication - rs3-cli command-line companion tool - Full documentation including API, architecture, configuration, and deployment guides - Dockerfile and multi-arch CI build workflows - Ignore files and project metadata The server implements a focused subset of the S3 REST API with local filesystem storage, supports multipart uploads, range requests, and standard bucket/object operations.
