Helge Deller 3babae0cbb target/hppa: Update SeaBIOS-hppa to version 26 ...

New SeaBIOS-hppa release with many fixes and updates for QEMU v11.2:
- Allow QEMU to set monarch CPU_HPA at runtime, independend of CPU_HPA
  value which was used at compile-time of SeaBIOS
- Avoid potential deadlock of serial output at bootup
- Add support for serial ports of SuperIO chip
- Fix PDC_COPROC_CFG when called from a 32-bit process on a 64-bit PDC
- Fix computation of IPL checksum over the loaded image
- Assert at link time that the firmware fits below FIRMWARE_END
- Fix various narrow PDC calls like PDC_CACHE_INFO, PDC_IODC_READ,
  PDC_TOD_READ
- Return PDC_TOD calibration value in the PDC 2.0 layout
- Read the CPU clock rate from fw_cfg /etc/hppa/cpu-mhz
- Various Elroy PCI IRQ fixes for A400 machine
- Make lsi-scsi more robust against bus setup changes
- Allow lsi-sci to drive the 53C810 SCSI chip
- Various fixes to allow to boot from SCSI tape
- Implement some PDC_PAT_MEM cell PDT functions
