Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 663ff93e62 gdbstub: Remove unused gdb_get_regl() ...

All callers have been converted to target-specific helpers, so
gdb_get_regl() is unused now. Drop it, together with the
"cpu-param.h" include that only provided TARGET_LONG_BITS for it.
