Andrey VasnetsovandClaude Opus 5.5 6a923f9d43 Split EncodedStorage into read and write traits (#11312) ...

EncodedStorage is now the read trait and EncodedStorageWrite extends it
with upsert_vector/upsert_many/flusher, so immutable storages implement
only the read side. The same split is applied to EncodedVectors
(EncodedVectorsWrite) and MultivectorOffsetsStorage
(MultivectorOffsetsStorageWrite), removing the Unsupported upserts and
no-op flushers on read-only types. QuantizedVectorStorage now decides
immutability in one exhaustive match. TurboVectorBlob drops flusher,
since all its implementations are immutable.
