Petr Houška f9daca3480 ci: run tests in parallel jobs and drop unused apt packages ...

Split build-check-test into build-check plus a test matrix (coding-agent,
durable, other). Install only fd and ripgrep, and only in jobs whose tests
use them; the cairo/pango/jpeg/gif/rsvg dev libraries were for compiling
canvas, which npm ci --ignore-scripts never does.
