Fixes #9007 Part of #2046 ## Changes - `exporters/zipkin/doc.go`: document `OTEL_EXPORTER_ZIPKIN_ENDPOINT` using the same format as the OTLP exporter package docs. The text covers its default, that the value must contain a scheme and host, and that it is only used when `New` is called with an empty `collectorURL`. This environment variable was not mentioned anywhere in the public documentation before. This is documentation only, so there is no CHANGELOG entry. ## Verification - Checked against `exporters/zipkin/env.go` and `zipkin.go`, and ran a small program against this branch. It confirmed that `New("")` sends spans to the URL from the environment variable, that an explicit `collectorURL` takes precedence over it, and that a value without a scheme makes `New` return an error. - `make precommit` passes, and `git status` is clean afterwards.
