Tomas Mraz 017d9aa5ac Dynamic compression: do not leave errors behind on success ...

When loading the compression libraries dynamically
on demand, do not leave errors in the error queue
when the library is simply missing and DSO_load()
fails. We return success so there should be no error
left behind.
