* perf: reduce Talk caption and hidden meter work

Keep realtime caption updates in their retained transcript row, suspend decorative metering while hidden, and share meter level styling. Add a production Talk CPU and latency workload with native synthetic audio.

* fix: use the mobile Talk control in CPU measurements

* fix: isolate Talk diagnostic GC events to the page thread

* perf: retain per-bar meter styles after paired CPU comparison

The shared level property reduced DOM mutations but increased style recalculation without a net speaking CPU win. Keep the caption and hidden meter optimizations and restore the original visual bindings.

* fix: satisfy Talk meter and benchmark lint checks

* fix: settle Talk browser cleanup after spawn failures
