3 people f227543e48 fix(macos): dashboard stays blank after its web content process crashes (#183280) ...

Recover the Dashboard after its WebContent process terminates by using the existing failure page and Reload action. Keep signed-out recovery on the sign-in path instead of leaving a blank window.
