can1357 6c99a355d6 feat(pi-ast): offload non-core tree-sitter grammars to WebAssembly

- Implemented dynamic loading for less common languages, reducing native addon size by ~77 MB.
- Introduced `WasmGrammar` runtime registry for on-demand downloading of `.wasm` assets verified by SHA-256 and size.
- Added host-side `ensureGrammar` and `wasmGrammarFor` for CLI/tool integration to track and handle missing language support.
- Added `gen:grammars` script to automate pinning and table generation from upstream grammar releases.
- Configured native loader directory and `PI_GRAMMARS_URL` for flexible grammar storage and source control.
