Filip Skokan 565c3daebf crypto: support loading private keys through STORE loaders 
Accept WHATWG URL objects in private-key inputs and load referenced keys
through OpenSSL STORE loaders. Pass optional property queries and
passphrases while preserving provider-owned EVP_PKEY objects for
ordinary KeyObject and CryptoKey operations.

Jamie Magee 3ee185d9cd tools: fix redundant conditions in v8.gyp for riscv64 and loong64 
The builtins conditions for riscv64 and loong64 both have the form
'v8_target_arch=="X" or v8_target_arch=="X"' which is redundant.
This was copied from the mips64/mips64el pattern (where the 'or' is
correct since those are two different architectures) when riscv64
and loong64 support were first added.

Simplify both to match the pattern used by ppc64, s390x, and other
single-variant architectures.

Jamie Magee 42fd49a4af build: enable Maglev for riscv64 
V8's Maglev compiler has supported riscv64 since V8 14.0 (with full
source files in deps/v8/src/maglev/riscv/), but Node.js never wired
it up:

- configure.py excluded riscv64 from maglev_enabled_architectures
- tools/v8_gypfiles/v8.gyp lacked GN-scraper conditions for riscv64
  Maglev sources in both the v8_internal_headers and
  v8_base_without_compiler blocks

This adds riscv64 to both, following the same pattern used for s390x
in #60863 and matching V8's own BUILD.gn which already lists riscv64
alongside arm, arm64, x64, s390x, and ppc64 as Maglev-enabled
architectures.

Ivan Trubach b087e922bd build: support setting an emulator from configure script 
V8’s JIT infrastructure requires binaries such as mksnapshot to be run
during the build. However, these binaries must have the same bit-width
as the host platform (e.g. a x86_64 build platform targeting ARMv6 needs
to produce a 32-bit binary).

To work around this issue, allow building the binaries for the host
platform and running them on the build platform with an emulator.

Maya Lekova b09155d975 module: enable existing machinery for deferred import of static modules 
This commit enables deferred import for statically imported modules,
by using the corresponding functionality in V8. It adds two tests:
 - smoke test exercising the basic syntax
 - test for deferred import of module with its own imports

More test coverage should be added for mixing ESM and CJS modules,
as well as TypeScript modules.

Anna Henningsen fc28d9402f src: officially deprecate node::ObjectWrap 
This interface has long been unmaintained and doesn't
match current best practices for C++ object management.

It's also simply not a good idea to have this header be
part of Node.js core; since it is an inline header, user
code will depend on the Node.js version it was compiled with,
and there is no way to adopt changes to this header
independently of changing the target Node.js version.

Better userland alternatives exist and have long been
more popular, notably, `node-addon-api` and, for use cases
where direct V8 API access is required, `nan`.
