Rich Trott a2e4020e4b test: prepare for consistent comma-dangle lint rule 
Make changes so that tests will pass when the comma-dangle settings
applied to the rest of the code base are also applied to tests.

Anna Henningsen adbe3b837e test: verify heap buffer allocations occur 
Check that small typed arrays, including `Buffer`s (unless allocated
by `Buffer.allocUnsafe()`), are indeed heap-allocated.
