Contexts that are not deserialized from the built-in snapshot -- worker
threads, and the main context of embedders that create their own
isolate or of `node --no-node-snapshot` -- compile (with the code cache
at best) every builtin the bootstrap touches, so each eagerly required
builtin is startup time (~0.15-0.4 ms apiece). A number of them are only
required eagerly so that they end up in the snapshot, or for features
the bootstrap path never uses.
Load lazily what those paths do not need:
- is_main_thread.js: preload util, url, the ESM loader (translators,
resolver, module_job/map, source maps, node:module, vm modules, mime,
data_url, the TypeScript stripper), internal/blob and
internal/dns/utils only while building a snapshot; they load on first
use otherwise.
- fs: internal/blob (+ internal/encoding and its tables) is only used
by fs.openAsBlob().
- internal/url: internal/data_url (+ internal/mime) is only used by the
Buffer-returning file URL helpers.
- internal/process/execution, the CommonJS loader, esm/translators and
esm/load: the TypeScript stripper and data: URL helpers are only
needed for TypeScript sources / data: URLs.
- pre_execution: internal/dns/utils (+ internal/net) is only needed up
front to validate an explicit --dns-result-order or to register the
resolver's snapshot serializer; the default order becomes the
variable's initializer.
- internal/worker: event_loop_utilization and error_serdes are only
needed once a sub-worker's ELU is read or it reports an error.
- worker_threads: `locks` is defined lazily, like util's lazy exports.
Main-thread startup with the snapshot is unchanged (the same modules
are preloaded into it; the bootstrap-modules test lists are adjusted).
A bare worker compiles 95 -> 83 builtins (cold start -5%); without the
snapshot an empty CommonJS entry point compiles 76 -> 59 builtins and an
empty ES module entry point 76 -> 69.

Replace the domain-based error handling with AsyncLocalStorage and
setUncaughtExceptionCaptureCallback. This removes the REPL's dependency
on the deprecated domain module while preserving all existing behavior:
- Synchronous errors during eval are caught and displayed
- Async errors (setTimeout, promises, etc.) are caught via the
uncaught exception capture callback
- Top-level await errors are caught and displayed
- The REPL continues operating after errors
- Multiple REPL instances can coexist with errors routed correctly
Changes:
- Use AsyncLocalStorage to track which REPL instance owns an async
context, replacing domain's automatic async tracking
- Add setupExceptionCapture() to install
setUncaughtExceptionCaptureCallback for catching async errors and
routing them to the correct REPL
- Extract error handling logic into REPLServer.prototype._handleError()
- Wrap eval execution in replContext.run() for async context tracking
- Update newListener protection to check AsyncLocalStorage context
- Throw ERR_INVALID_ARG_VALUE if options.domain is passed

Split the `internal/process/esm_loader` file which contains the
singleton cascaded loader:
- The the singleton cascaded loader now directly resides in
`internal/modules/esm/loader`, where the constructor also lives.
This file is the root of most circular dependency of ESM code,
(because components of the loader need the singleton itself),
so this makes the dependency more obvious. Added comments about
loading it lazily to avoid circular dependency.
- The getter to the cascaded loader is also turned into a method
to make the side effect explicit.
- The sequence of `loadESM()` and `handleMainPromise` is now merged
together into `runEntryPointWithESMLoader()` in
`internal/modules/run_main` because this is intended to run entry
points with the ESM loader and not just any module.
- Documents how top-level await is handled.

Instead of using the public versions of the vm APIs internally,
use the internal versions so that we can skip unnecessary
argument validation.
The public versions would need special care to the generation
of host-defined options to hit the isolate compilation cache
when imporModuleDynamically isn't used, while internally it's
almost always used, so this allows us to handle the host-defined
options separately.

Add an ExitCode enum class and use it throughout the code base
instead of hard-coding the exit codes everywhere. At the moment,
the exit codes used in many places do not actually conform to
what the documentation describes. With the new enums (which
are also available to the JS land as constants in an internal
binding) we could migrate to a more consistent usage of the
codes, and eventually expose the constants to the user land
when they are stable enough.

Handle situations in which the main `Promise` from a TLA module
is not fulfilled better:
- When not resolving the `Promise` at all, set a non-zero exit code
(unless another one has been requested explicitly) to distinguish
the result from a successful completion.
- When rejecting the `Promise`, always treat it like an uncaught
exception. In particular, this also ensures a non-zero exit code.

Installing an uncaughtException listener has a side effect that process
is not aborted. This is quite bad for monitoring/logging tools which
tend to be interested in errors but don't want to cause side effects
like swallow an exception or change the output on console.
There are some workarounds in the wild like monkey patching emit or
rethrow in the exception if monitoring tool detects that it is the only
listener but this is error prone and risky.
This PR allows to install a listener to monitor uncaughtException
without the side effect to consider the exception has handled.

Previously the enhancement were done right after emitting
`'uncaughtException'`, which meant by the time we knew the
exception was fatal in C++, the error.stack had already been
patched.
This patch moves those routines to be called later during the
fatal exception handling, and split them into two stages:
before and after the inspector is notified by the invocation of
`V8Inspector::exceptionThrown`. We now expand the stack to include
additional informations about unhandled 'error' events before
the inspector is notified, but delay the highlighting of the
frames until after the inspector is notified, so that the
ANSI escape sequences won't show up in the inspector console.

The C++ land `node::FatalException()` is not in fact fatal anymore.
It gives the user a chance to handle the uncaught exception
globally by listening to the `uncaughtException` event. This patch
renames it to `TriggerUncaughtException` in C++ to avoid the confusion.
In addition rename the JS land handler to `onGlobalUncaughtException`
to reflect its purpose - we have to keep the alias
`process._fatalException` and use that for now since it has been
monkey-patchable in the user land.
This patch also
- Adds more comments to the global uncaught exception handling routine
- Puts a few other C++ error handling functions into the `errors`
namespace
- Moves error-handling-related bindings to the `errors` binding.
