Kamil Mysliwiec 4acb005ea3 chore(node): add @nestjs/platform-node to the benchmarks lockfile (#18301) ...

tools/benchmarks/package.json lists @nestjs/platform-node since the
adapter was merged (5f4075074f), but the package wasn't published yet,
so the lockfile has no entry for it and `npm ci` there fails with
"Missing: @nestjs/platform-node@12.3.1 from lock file".

Regenerated with `npm install --package-lock-only`. It adds 12.3.1 with
its nested multer and qs, and moves the shared @fastify/proxy-addr from
5.1.0 to 5.1.2, the version the adapter pins.
