Zhen Ye 6d833a6728 enhance: unify streaming analyzer operations (#54725 )

issue: #40451

- Streaming analyzer: distinguish analyzer sources and
tokenize/phrase-match operations with oneofs, reusing unpublished proto
tags and existing HandlerClient routing.
- Phrase matching: tokenize the query once per normalized analyzer name
and process data in bounded batches while holding one analyzer/resource
binding; preserve token-position slop semantics, repeated terms and
stop-word gaps.
- Proxy: route ComputePhraseMatchSlop through RunAnalyzer without
QueryCoord, QueryNode or collection load dependencies; preserve analyzer
business errors and existing public RPC signatures.
