Lexi Bromfield c8b043a0e9 [lldb][bazel] Add targets for the remaining unconditional plugins (#235325) ...

CMake builds these plugins on every host, but the Bazel overlay had no
targets for them:

- PluginABILoongArch
- PluginDynamicLoaderFreeBSDKernel
- PluginPlatformAIX
- PluginPlatformFreeBSD
- PluginPlatformNetBSD
- PluginPlatformOpenBSD
- PluginTypeSystemClike

I also added these to the DEFAULT_PLUGINS list.

For now, I'm still leaving out plugins that CMake only builds with an
optional dependency or on a specific host:

- ProcessFreeBSDKernelCore (FreeBSD hosts, libkvm)
- TraceIntelPT (LLDB_BUILD_INTEL_PT, libipt)
- The TreeSitter highlighters (LLDB_ENABLE_TREESITTER)

Testing:

- `bazel build --config=generic_clang @llvm-project//lldb/...` succeeds.
- `lldb -b -o 'platform list' -o 'plugin list'` shows the new platforms,
the sysv-loongarch ABI, the freebsd-kernel dynamic loader and the cpp
type system.
