Marek Vasut 056fd7eb01 PCI: rcar-gen4: Drop documentation about obtaining platform firmware ...

Renesas R-Car V4H (r8a779g0) has a PCIe controller, and it requires
specific firmware downloading. The firmware is now available via
linux-firmware.git repository. So the existing documentation about
obtaining the firmware becomes obsolete. Hence, drop it.
