- Add missing `<summary>Details</summary>` to the Lost+found
  `<details>` block in templates/README.md for proper collapsible
  section labeling
- Apply `markdownify` filter to template file content in
  `readtemplates.html` shortcode to ensure markdown is correctly
  rendered as HTML on the website
