Alpine Linux supports multiple concurrent minor releases, so
template:alpine should be split into versioned templates, similar to
template:debian-{11,12,13} and template:almalinux-{8,9,10}.
Changes:
- Add versioned image templates: _images/alpine-{3.21,3.22,3.23}.yaml
- Add versioned top-level templates: alpine-{3.21,3.22,3.23}.yaml
- Make template:alpine an alias for template:alpine-3.23 (latest)
- Update hack/update-template-alpine.sh to preserve the minor version
from the template URL instead of defaulting to latest-stable, so it
only updates the patch release within the same minor version
- Update templates/README.md with the new versioned entries
