CleanStaleEntries builds its conntrack match set from svcPortMap, but deleted services are removed from svcPortMap before cleanup runs. Surface deleted service ports via UpdateServiceMapResult.DeletedServices so each proxier can pass the UDP ones to CleanStaleEntries, mirroring the existing handling for services with no serving endpoints.
